Matyas Zaborszky

Speaking

Keynotes on AI for the people who make the decisions.

I speak to leadership audiences, from a few dozen executives in a boardroom to conference halls of several thousand. Every talk is built on what I have done in 25 years of building companies, not on what I have read about AI.

Own Your AI

For: Owners, CEOs, boards, mid-market and enterprise

  • The difference between using AI and owning it
  • What stays inside the company and why
  • A realistic first 90 days
Risk

Security Has No Exceptions

Shadow AI, unaudited access and scattered knowledge widen every month. Why the gap is still cheap to close today, and how leaders close it without slowing their teams down.

For: Executive teams, IT and operations leaders, risk committees

  • The three gaps open in almost every business
  • Governance that people actually follow
  • What to fix this quarter
Society

Who Will Own the Future?

Where AI came from, where it is going, and what is at stake beyond business: sovereignty, the human factor and the generation growing up with it.

For: Public forums, universities, policy and community events

  • A clear past, present and future timeline of AI
  • The questions societies have to answer now
  • What leaders owe the next generation

The framework behind the flagship talk

Seven steps, in this order.

The same sequence the book is built on. The order matters: most failed AI projects skip the first three.

  1. DecisionLeadership decides what AI is for, before anyone buys a tool.
  2. DiagnosisAn honest map of where time, money and risk sit today.
  3. FoundationData, access and ownership put in order first.
  4. ImplementationThe first systems go live where the return is clearest.
  5. DeploymentAI is put to work inside daily operations, with people in the loop.
  6. ProtectionSecurity, policy and shadow AI handled without exceptions.
  7. ROIResults measured in money and hours, then reinvested.
